ABout the author
Jonathan E. Biggane, Ph.D.
Dr. Biggane is a Department Chair and Management Professor at California State University, Fresno. Prior to joining academia, he worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at GE Nuclear, a Business Analyst at BHI Energy, and a Legislative Aide at the New York State Senate. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Memphis, an MBA/BS in Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and he is completing a graduate degree at Harvard University's Extension School.
Jon's research interests include intraorganizational relationships, with particular emphasis on employee wellbeing, retention, and organizational change. His work has been published in leading journals and he is the author of two best-selling books, The Happiest People and Resiliently Happy.
He lives in San Luis Obispo, California with his wife, son, and husky. In his spare time, he enjoys running ultra-marathons and exploring the Central Coast.
